BAY STREET

On the foreshore of Beauty Point, the unique site has broad middle harbour views. The long linear building frames this long sweep water. The building is nestled into its site, with a private eastern courtyard carved out on the street side.

 

The living room spans between the water reserve on the west and wall court to the east, with sliding doors to both sides that allow the space to flow to gardens on both sides.
