This house is located on a beautiful bush site, tucked behind Pearl Beach.  The site is within the flame zone.  Solid concrete and masonry walls wrap the building on three sides, creating a protected courtyard ‘clearing’ to the north.

 

Large picture windows frame views of the towering trees on the bush sides, with sliding doors to opening up completely to the sun-soaked courtyard and outdoor living room.
